Flowchart: Alternate Process: Thaw aliquot* of INH storage stock and add 100µl to 900µl of 7H9/OADC Flowchart: Alternate Process: Add 1ml of 40µg/ml to 9ml of 7H9/OADC (gives 10ml of 4µg/ml) Flowchart: Alternate Process: Plating 100µl of 4 µg/ml to 900µl 7H9/OADC yields final concentration of 0.4µg/ml Flowchart: Alternate Process: Plating 100µl of 10 µg/ml to 900µl 7H9/OADC yields final concentration of 1µg/ml Flowchart: Alternate Process: Add 1ml of 100µg/ml to 9ml of 7H9/OADC (gives 10ml of 10µg/ml) Flowchart: Alternate Process: Thaw aliquot* of RIF storage stock and add 100µl to 900µl of 7H9/OADC
